The SuperX Tumbler Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by SUPERX Apparel LLC, doing business as SuperX (the “Sponsor”).
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.
1. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional partners, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on October 14, 2026 and ends on December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Entries submitted outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
The Sponsor's designated computer system will serve as the official timekeeping device.
3. How to Enter
Eligible individuals may enter the Sweepstakes at no cost by visiting [Official Giveaway Landing Page URL] during the Sweepstakes Period.
To receive one (1) initial entry, participants must submit a valid email address and complete the giveaway entry form.
No purchase, payment, or marketing subscription is required to receive an initial entry.
Bonus Entries
Participants may have opportunities to earn additional entries through activities displayed on the giveaway landing page, including:

Following SuperX on Instagram: one (1) bonus entry.

Following SuperX on TikTok: one (1) bonus entry.

Visiting a designated SuperX product or collection page: one (1) bonus entry.

Referring an eligible participant through a unique referral link: five (5) bonus entries per qualifying referral.
A qualifying referral must result in a new, valid, eligible entry by an individual who has not previously entered the Sweepstakes.
Bonus entries are subject to verification, applicable platform policies, and any entry limits established in the final Official Rules.
4. Entry Restrictions
Each participant may submit only one initial entry using their own valid information.
The use of automated systems, bots, fabricated identities, multiple email accounts, fraudulent referrals, or other methods intended to manipulate the Sweepstakes is prohibited.
The Sponsor may reject or disqualify entries reasonably determined to be fraudulent, duplicated, ineligible, or in violation of these Official Rules.
Entries become part of the Sponsor's Sweepstakes records and will be handled according to the Giveaway Privacy Policy.
5. Prizes
Four (4) winners will be selected, subject to eligibility verification.
Grand Prize — One (1) Winner
A ride in the official Batman Batmobile and an all-expenses-paid Batman-themed weekend experience in New York City, with an advertised approximate retail value of $20,000.
The final prize package, including travel, accommodations, activities, transportation, guest eligibility, scheduling, and included expenses, will be described in the finalized prize schedule.
Runner-Up Prize 1 — One (1) Winner
One AVIRON x SuperX Gamified Treadmill, with an advertised approximate retail value of $2,500.
Runner-Up Prize 2 — One (1) Winner
One Official Batman The Dark Knight x SuperX Workout Collection, with an advertised approximate retail value of $750.
Additional Runner-Up Prize — One (1) Winner

Prizes are nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Any substitution will be governed by applicable law and the finalized Official Rules.
Winners are responsible for applicable taxes and any expenses not expressly included in their respective prize descriptions.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, four (4) potential winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
Anticipated Drawing Date: January 4, 2027
Potential winners will be contacted using the email address provided during entry and, where appropriate and authorized, by telephone or text message.
Potential winners must respond within 7 days of the initial notification and may be required to complete eligibility verification, tax documentation, and applicable prize acceptance or liability releases.
If a potential winner is ineligible, fails to respond within the specified period, or cannot complete required verification, an alternate potential winner may be selected.
No individual will be considered an official winner until eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules have been verified.
7. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Earning additional valid entries may increase a participant's relative chance of selection, subject to the Official Rules.
8. Grand Prize Travel and Experience Conditions
The Grand Prize is subject to availability, scheduling, location restrictions, safety requirements, and conditions established by the Sponsor and the applicable experience providers.
The winner and any authorized guest must comply with applicable travel requirements and venue or experience rules.
The exact Batmobile experience, travel itinerary, accommodations, included expenses, and any restrictions will be provided in the final prize description.
Travel and participation may be subject to additional eligibility, physical, or safety requirements that must be disclosed before entry.
9. Taxes
Prize winners are responsible for applicable federal, state, and local taxes arising from the acceptance or use of a prize.
The Sponsor may require appropriate tax documentation and may issue applicable tax reporting forms in accordance with federal and state law.
10. Publicity
Where permitted by law, acceptance of a prize may authorize the Sponsor to use a winner's name, likeness, and general location for reasonable Sweepstakes-related publicity without additional compensation.
Any additional publicity consent required by applicable law will be obtained separately.
11. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized interference, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially compromise its integrity or operation.
In such circumstances, the Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received before the disruption, where lawful and appropriate.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, or technically unsuccessful entries resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Social Media Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, or their respective affiliates.
Participants release these platforms from responsibility in connection with the Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be processed in accordance with the SuperX Giveaway Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Participation in the Sweepstakes does not require consent to receive promotional text messages.
14. Winner Information
Requests for the names of confirmed winners may be submitted to help@superxapparel.com, subject to applicable privacy laws.
