WHY PRE ORDER?

Some people think, "I'll just wait until the product comes in, then I'll order" but heres a few awesome reasons why that isn't a good idea

Limited Stock - First off, every new drop we only offer a limited amount of product for each item and nearly every Pre Order we have launched has sold out, therefore we can't guarantee there will be any stock left over and you'll likely miss your chance! Any leftover stock goes to our VIP customers. Once a product is gone, it's gone.

Save Money - The next reason to pre order is because of the Pre Order discount, we never offer any sales or discounts on in stock items but on all pre orders, we always offer a special sale price, therefore by pre ordering you will also save money!

Free Bonuses - On some of our pre orders we will offer free goodies or free products included with your order that will only be given to Pre Ordered items. You don't want to miss out on that.

You're probably reading this because you've either made a Pre Order with us or you're interested in doing so and I want to explain our Pre Order process to ensure you understand exactly why and how our Pre Order process works.

 

HOW LONG UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR PRE ORDER?

Unlike pre ordering from Kickstarter or Indiegogo where shipping can take 8-12 months, we have completed the hardest steps already; thus significantly reducing the shipping time. From the date the Pre Order is launched, we typically allow 90 days until all Pre Orders are shipped from us and sent to you. To get a best estimate of when a particular item will be delivered, check the item page and description for a very accurate date. Once shipped, please note we ship from the U.S.A. and shipping times within the U.S.A. are 3-5 business days from shipping.

CAN I CANCEL MY PRE ORDER?

If you decide to lose your item and give it up to someone else in line, you can cancel your order and long as you cancel your order prior to the shipping date, you are eligible to receive a full refund.
