We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your purchase does not work out for any reason, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. For Pre Orders we do not offer Size Exchanges because each item is built for the customer and supplies are very limited. For in stock/non-pre order items, we allow size exchanges and will send you a prepaid shipping label for the return shipping for all USA orders. On Returns requesting a refund, you will be sent a prepaid shipping label to ship back to our warehouse, once your return is processed you will be refunded for the item minus the return shipping label fee. (You are responsible for the cost of return shipping when requesting a refund). Returns can only be refunded back to the original payment method used or in the form of store credit. At this time, we do not offer free return shipping for international orders or refunds on Customs or Duties.

Products must be unwashed and unworn with the original tags still attached/not removed at all from original placement.
You must return the item in the condition it was sent (including the original packaging).
Any signs of cologne, deodorant, hair, dirt, sweat, lint, or stains of any kind will result in a rejection of return.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on facemasks, face coverings, or leggings.
*Please note, returns that do not meet these requirements will NOT be accepted or approved.
Returns/Refunds: If you are returning a product, we will refund you the price of the original order (excluding return shipping cost) within 3-5 business days after we receive the product in returnable condition at our warehouse.
Size Exchanges: We do not allow Size Exchanges on Pre Orders due to each item being built for the customer and we cannot guarantee we will have extra inventory for your exchange. On non-pre order/in stock items, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and we will send the requested exchange variant within 3-5 business days after we receive the product in returnable condition at our warehouse.

How long is my return or exchange going to take?
Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your package to process your return/exchange.
How long until I see the money refunded to my original form of payment?
Please allow 2-5 business days after we have processed your refund for your refund to post to your account, depending on your bank.
